The Analytics Hospitality project within the institution was a significant technical challenge. Through the Flexcom–NTT Data partnership, the customer deployed a next-generation UC infrastructure in its new building. Complete user environments can now be set up in seconds, fully automated. Six months after deployment, the customer’s IT staff were spending 85% less time on daily UC management, resulting in major cost savings and higher productivity across other projects.
